サンフランシスコへ買い物に出かけた際、軽いランチを食べるのによく立ち寄るのがサンフランシスコ近代美術館のカフェ、『Cafe Museo』です。お目当ては、このカフェの「今日のスープ」（ビーガンスープです）。これが、とてもおいしい♡美術館は、増設工事のため今年の6月から閉館となりますが、このカフェはどうなるのでしょう？これからも、スープが頂けるといいのですが...。このスープについてくるビスコッティのような形のクルトンも、スープとの相性抜群です。シンプルなスープですが、一度食べたら、何度も食べたくなるスープなのです。
The museum cafe at SFMOMA is one of our favourite places to have a quick lunch. Whether you are visiting the museum or not, you should definitely stop by. We always order their soup. The "soup of the day" is always vegan, and always very good. I'm not sure what is going to happen to this cafe once the museum closes in June for the expansion. I hope they'll keep their cafe open so people can continue to get their delicious soup!

カボチャのスープはよく作るけど、サツマイモは思いつかなかったわ。
