This is our salad!

サラダを食べに近所のベーカリーへ頻繁に通っています。ベーカリーでサラダっていうのもちょっと変ですが、『Rustic Bakery』では、オーガニックのサラダがボウルいっぱい食べることができます。週に1度（多い時で週に2度）は必ず、ここでサラダを食べます。私達が注文するのは、アボカドを加えたベーコンなしの「Chopped Salada」。お店のオーナーさんは、私達をみるといつものサラダね❤と注文の説明なしで私達のサラダを準備してくれます。サラダには、『Rustic Bakery』特製のクラッカーのようなフラットブレッドがついてくるのですが、これがパリパリしてサラダとの相性抜群！（サンフランシスコのベイエリアなら、スーパーでも買えますよ）。サラダについてくるブルーチーズは、地元で有名な『Cowgirl Creamery』から。ブルーチーズ好きにはたまりません。とてもシンプルなサラダですが、新鮮な野菜と地元重視の素材で毎日食べても飽きないサラダなのです。

Organic chopped salad at the Rustic Bakery is our favourite salad. The bakery cashier now knows exactly what we want as soon as she sees us.  We don't even have to explain how we want our salad any more (no bacon, add avocado). That's how often we eat their salads. We eat them every Saturday, sometimes on Sunday too. We eat the same salad every week, and we never get tired of it. Their salad always comes with crispy flatbread. It's delicious (you can buy the flatbread at many grocery stores). The blue cheese in the salad, which comes from the Cowgirl Creamery, is simply divine. It's a simple salad with the best quality ingredients.
