まずは、傷をつけないように種を取り出しましょう。
Remove the pit from the avocado carefully...
先の尖っている方が上です。下の部分を水に浸します。
The pointed end is the top, and the bottom part needs be submerged into water...
爪楊枝を刺し、種の下の部分だけを水に浸します...
Pierce the pit with toothpicks to anchor it in the water...
