私の母はソフトクリームが大好きです。どこに行っても必ず食べるのがソフトクリーム。『喉がかわいたから、ソフト（クリーム）を食べよう』と言うのが母の口癖。その母が一番おいしいと選ぶのが、『ころ柿ソフトクリーム』。ころ柿とは干し柿のこと。石川県志賀町、道の駅『ころ柿の里·しか』でいただけます。これ、本当おいしいんです。

My mom loves soft-serve ice cream. My childhood memories of outings with her always involve eating soft-serve ice cream together. "Persimmon Soft-Serve Ice Cream" is my mom's absolute favourite. It is made from dried persimmons. A road side stop in Shika town called "Eki no Machi, Korogaki no Sato Shika" is where you find this very popular soft-serve ice cream.  If you ever visit Noto in Ishikawa, Japan, this is a stop you don't want to miss.
