私も何を隠そうマリメッコの大ファンです。マリメッコの洗練された遊び心たっぷりのデザインは、世界中で愛されているデザインの一つです。マリメッコのコーヒーカップが、最近、私の数少ないマリメッコ‧コレクションに加わりました。嬉しいことです。

Marimekko is a very popular Finnish textile company that is known for its bright colourful prints with simple designs. According to Wikipedia, two fashion icons of our time, Jacqueline Kennedy and Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City wore Marimekko.
And...I'm in ❤ with Marimekko. I'm confessing to you all that I just added a pair of Marimekko mugs to my secretly growing Marimekko collection. Marimekko designs are playful yet sophisticated. They are simply one of the best designs in the world.
If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, you can purchase lovely Marimekko items at Crate & Barrel located in downtown San Francisco (or in L.A.). Or, if you live in the U.S., you can order them from FinnStyle with a very small shipping fee ($5.95 on an entire order!).
