Homemade ginger ale, the best!

Collabonは、金沢に行く度に立ち寄るお店の一つです。横安江町商店街（今は、「金澤表参道」と呼ばれている）の一角にあった古いお店を改装してオープンした喫茶ギャラリーです。ギャラリーのアート作品は、定期的に変わります。この前、立ち寄った時は、テディーベアの作品が展示されていました。購入できる展示品の他にも、陶器、下駄、カード、アクセサリー等、小さい店内は可愛らしいもので溢れています。

Collabonに立ち寄られたら、ホームメイドのジンジャーエールを是非注文してみてください。おいしいですよー。飲み物は、可愛いだるまの形をしたクッキーと一緒にでてきます。後から知ったことなのですが、このクッキーは『福だるま』という名のクッキーで、Collabonの近くにある近江町市場の「南保商店」というお店で購入できるのだそうです。可愛い♥

Collabon is the newest addition to our list of favourite shops in Kanazawa. They renovated a very old store and turned it into a cute gallery cafe. Their main art display changes frequently. The last time we were there, it was adorable teddy bears. They also sell a variety of other pretty things like pottery, geta, cards, accessaries, and much more.

 If you go there, you've got to try their homemade ginger ale, it's so good! All the drinks come with daruma shaped cookies. If you want them? (because I do!) You can buy them from the "Nanbo shoten" inside the Omicho market, which is a few minutes walk from Collabon.
