心配性の父、遊覧船に私達二人を乗せても安全かどうか思案中。

父から「OK」がでました。

We got the OK from my dad, and went on the ferry to enjoy the amazing views.

巌門は、昔からドライブがてらよく出かける場所でした。前回、里帰りした際、巌門が初めてのコリンと観光客気分で巌門の遊覧船に乗ることにしました。見慣れた巌門の風景とはまた違った様子が楽しめ、迫力満点です。観光客だけでなく、地元の人達も一度は乗ってみるべき。この日は晴天だったのですが、日本海らしく、波は荒いほうで遊覧船もゆらゆら揺れていました。船上では、録音されたガイドさんの案内が聞けます。遊覧船ツアーは、20分なのですが、私もコリンもすっかり船酔いしてしまいました。それでも、眺めは素晴らしく、大いに楽しめました。皆さん、巌門に行ったら、遊覧船です！遊覧船に関する案内はココから。

Ganmon is located in the Noto peninsula National Park. It is famous for it's stunning views and steep cliffs. When I lived in Hakui, I use to drive up there quite often. When Colin and I were in Japan last time, we tried the sightseeing boat ride. The ride is 20 minutes, and you listen to a recorded guide. You can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea-cave from the boat. The rocky water made us both sick afterwards... But, it was worth it. The view from the boat was absolutely amazing. If you ever go to Ganmon, be sure to take the boat tour to experience the amazing rock formations up close.
