日本のファーストフードは、回転寿司です。お寿司がファーストフードというのも贅沢な話です。便利で早く、しかもおいしく食べられる回転寿司を考えついた日本人は、天才です。最近、日本に帰る度に寄るのが、石川県にある『もりもり寿司』。この前、家族と一緒に『もりもり寿司』に行ったら、注文したお寿司が汽車にのってテーブルに運ばれてきました（笑）。日本らしいというか、もうワンダフルです。お皿の色で値段が分かる回転寿司のシステムも、改めて考えるとすごいアイデアです。回転寿司は日本の誇りなのです！石川県に行ったら、『もりもり寿司』へどうぞ♡ウェブサイトは、www.morimorisushi.comです。

If you want something fast and good to eat in Japan, look for a kaiten sushi restaurant (conveyer belt sushi restaurant). Our family's favourite is "Mori Mori Sushi" in Ishikawa. Their sushi is always fresh, and you get your favourite sushi delivered to your table by a sushi train! It can't get any better than this. If you don't see the sushi you want on the conveyer belt, you can order it from a touch screen display, which is attached to your table. Sushi chef gets your order and make it fresh just for you. Your sushi then reaches the destination (your table) by a train (see the video). How cool is that? Kaiten sushi's been around since I was a child. It's my favourite way of enjoying sushi.
