アイスクリーム大好き♡クッキーも大好き♡でも、北米で昔から人気がある「アイスクリームサンド」は、アイスクリームがはみ出して食べづらいのと、クッキーが柔らかすぎていまいち（日本のもなかアイスの方が断然おいしい！）。そう思っていたら、サンフランシスコのベイエリア生まれのオーガニックのアイスクリーム屋さん『Three Twins Ice Cream』が、おなじみ私の大好きな『Miette』と一緒に最高においしいアイスクリームサンドを作り上げました（そして、食べ易い！）。これは、おいしい！そしてこの可愛らしさ♡これで私も今日から「アイスクリームサンド」の虜です。このアイスクリームサンド、これから冷え込む冬の夜に家の中を温かーくして頂くと、もう幸せいっぱいになること間違いなしです。

I love cookies, and I love ice cream. But. I was never fond of ice cream sandwiches. Most ice cream sandwiches are messy to eat, and I find  the ice cream sandwich cookies are too soft. But, if you combine the good quality ice cream from Three Twins Ice Cream, and this crispy and SO delicious cookie from Miette, you get yourself the best ice cream sandwich EVER (and it's not messy to eat)!  I'm now an ice cream sandwich convert. And this is the prettiest ice cream sandwich too ♡
