韓国旅行に行った日本の友人から、韓国海苔と可愛い猫のノートが届きました。前から食べてみたいと思っていた韓国の海苔です。郵便で届いた海苔は、オリーブ油で焼いた刻み海苔。これ、サクサクしてすごくおいしいんです。刻みのりなので、ふりかけのように使えて便利、私の新しいご飯のお供です。
My friend in Hakui recently traveled to Korea, and she sent us some yummy Korean nori and two adorable Korean cat notebooks ♡ I always wanted to try Korean nori. It is slightly different from Japanese nori (for sushi, unseasoned nori is used). Japanese ones are usually seasoned with soy sauce and sugar while the Korean version is typically roasted with sesame oil and seasoned with salt. Korean seasoned nori is crunchier too. I really liked this olive oil roasted version. This makes a perfect topping for a bowl of rice. Nori is really good for you. Try some on your salad, pasta, or miso soup. I like it on my toast with some butter!
